Whether a case goes to trial is really up to you. Those aren’t the decisions that I make. If you end up hiring me one of the things I will say to you is, we have reached the point where it is your choice to go to trial. Do you want to accept the plea barging or would you like to go to trial? And my job is to see if I can get something in this hand if that is something you want to get or at least you want to consider before we decide to move on. If you don’t then we can decide if we want to go to trial. I am representing you I am always preparing for both. I’m both preparing for the trial and I am preparing to get something in this hand that you want. What I have found over the years the more I prepare for this the more I do this, the trial, the more likely I am gonna get a better outcome over here.
