Pierce County mother charged with three counts of felony Vehicular Homicide and one misdemeanor charge of Reckless Driving, found “not guilty” on all charges by a jury, after just two hours of deliberation.

Theory of Defense: Unsafe tires, not texting, caused tragic accident on slippery winter roads.
Duluth, MN, man was found “not guilty” of Felony Murder (as a Party to a Crime) and “not guilty” of Attempted Armed Robbery and “Not Guilty” of Attempted Robbery after a four-day jury trial in Superior, WI. It took the jury less than two hours to agree with the Defense that our client did not aid or assist the individual who had shot the gun.

Theory of Defense: Young shooter acted on his own without any plan by group and therefore client did not aid or abet in the armed robbery or shooting; he was merely a witness at the wrong place at the wrong time
Superior, WI, man found NOT GUILTY by a jury of the charge 1st Degree Intentional Homicide after Attorney Nelson successfully convinced the jury that one of the State’s prisoner witnesses was more likely to be the shooter than the accused.

Theory of Defense: Government’s two main witnesses ran major drug ring in Superior and when they got busted they blamed patsy for unsolved homicide to minimize their own sentences.
Boyceville, WI, man was charged with Vehicular Homicide for allegedly being the driver involved in a one car accident outside of Menomonie in which a person in the car was killed. Client was found NOT GUILTY by a jury in Dunn County.
Not Guilty Verdict (Injury/Death by giving Alcohol to Minor)
Menomonie, WI, man charged with being responsible for the death of an Ellsworth Teenager for allegedly selling her beer. Client was found NOT GUILTY by a jury in Pierce County.
